Our Guarantee

We stand by our products and offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at orders@rootsandarrowscreations.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please keep the original packaging and contact us at orders@rootsandarrowscreations.com within 7 business days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

— Shipping costs
— Custom or personalized orders (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and fulfilled. Once an order has entered production or been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at orders@rootsandarrowscreations.com if you need to cancel.
