Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframe

All orders are made to order and fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days. This window allows time for production as well as any follow-up requests such as address changes, item changes, or cancellations.

Once your order is fulfilled, a shipping notification with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery time begins only after your order has been fulfilled.

Standard delivery in the US: 6–10 business days after fulfillment.

Business Hours

We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and major US holidays. If your order is placed during these times, please allow additional processing time. Orders placed over a weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Cancellations or changes to your order can be requested as long as the order has not yet been processed. To submit a request, contact us immediately at orders@rootsandarrowscreations.com or through our contact page.

Once an order has entered production or been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Carriers

We ship using USPS and UPS as our primary carriers. Your tracking number will be included in the shipping notification email sent to you once your order is fulfilled.

Tracking Your Package

You can track your shipment directly on the USPS website or the UPS website using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification.

Late Deliveries

While we ship the majority of orders within the stated timeframe, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded, which may cause additional delays of 3–4 days. This can occur during high-volume sales periods or when orders are placed over weekends and public holidays.

Additional delays may also result from issues on the carrier's end. These events are beyond our control, and Roots and Arrows Ministry is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Roots and Arrows Ministry is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Once an order is shipped to the address provided, we are no longer responsible for the package.

If you realize you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at orders@rootsandarrowscreations.com. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we can update your address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address you provide is secure. If your package's tracking information shows it was delivered but you have not received it, Roots and Arrows Ministry will assume the package was delivered.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please file a missing package claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS). Once filed, contact us at orders@rootsandarrowscreations.com and provide your claim ID number. We will work with you from there.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, please keep the original product packaging and contact us within 7 business days of delivery with a photo of the item and/or packaging:

— Items arrived damaged
— Items are missing from the order
— Wrong items were received
